Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Field Marketing Manager EMEA to drive regional ABM programs and pipeline growth. The role collaborates with Sales, SDRs and demand gen to execute a tiered ABM motion and manage regional field activities within a hybrid Ireland-based setup.

The position sits in the Global Field & Strategic Events team and emphasizes data-driven performance, cross-functional alignment, and event-led demand generation across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing or integrated marketing.
• Experience executing tiered ABM: 1:1 top accounts, 1:few clusters, 1:many scale.
• Experience optimizing pipeline efficiency beyond event volume.
• Ability to manage regional field budget and report pipeline contributions.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR and Demand Generation to achieve objectives.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology; knowledge in HR tech or employee experience is a plus.
• Present performance data to senior leadership.
• Reside in the EMEA region and travel regionally when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Execute the EMEA field marketing strategy using tiered ABM across accounts.
• Build and manage the regional field calendar with Sales/SDR leadership.
• Own a pipeline target for the EMEA region and accelerate it across tiers.
• Support global flagship events like Workvivo Engage within ABX in EMEA.
• Manage the regional field/events budget and ensure pipeline-focused ROI.
• Coordinate transition with Sales Development and route leads across tiers in the US.
• Execute playbooks from the Global Lead of Field and Strategic Events.
• Represent EMEA field/events performance in regional/global reporting.
