Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced ABM leader to own end-to-end account-based marketing motions across regions, coordinating with SDR and AE teams to drive pipeline and account-level engagement. You will design tiered programs, optimize scoring and intent, and manage data stacks with cross-functional partners.

You will collaborate with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure data integrity, and adapt strategies by region (EMEA, LATAM, APJ) for scalable impact within a distributed or hybrid sales

Qualifications

• Experience with intent/ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
• Experience with enrichment and data orchestration tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit).
• Proficiency in Salesforce and a sequencing tool like Outreach, with data transfer know-how.
• 6+ years building tiered account-based marketing strategies.
• Direct SDR/AE collaboration on same accounts and shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own tiered ABM motion: 1:1 for strategic accounts, 1:few for clusters, 1:many for programmatic scale.
• Maintain account scoring and intent framework for tier placement and transitions.
• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns with outbound, paid, and content integrates.
• Collaborate with SDR leaders to convert priorities into sequencing, cadence, and outreach strategies.
• Partner with AE teams on account planning and pipeline ownership within targets.
• Manage enrichment and intent data stack and vendor relationships.
• Report ABM performance using account-level metrics (engagement, pipeline influenced).
• Coordinate with Marketing Ops/RevOps to ensure clean account/contact data across regions.
