Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing.
• Demonstrate experience executing a tiered ABM motion: 1:1 for top accounts, 1:few for clusters, and 1:many for scale.
• Demonstrate expertise optimizing pipeline efficiency beyond event volume.
• Manage a regional field budget and report pipeline contributions to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across Sales, SDR, and Demand Generation to achieve shared objectives.
• Reside in the EMEA region and travel regionally when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Execute the EMEA field marketing strategy with tiered ABM: 1:1 for strategic accounts, 1:few for clusters, 1:many for broader segments.
• Build and manage the regional field calendar with Sales and SDR leadership, tailored to account tier and deal stage.
• Own a pipeline target for the EMEA region and accelerate pipeline across all levels.
• Support global flagship events like Workvivo Engage as part of the ABX initiative in EMEA.
• Manage the regional field and events budget with focus on pipeline efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales Development to ensure timely, aligned follow-up across origin engagement.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to manage attribution and routing of leads.
• Execute playbooks from Global Lead of Field and Strategic Events and contribute to improvements.
• Present regional field performance in reports with pipeline contribution focus.
