Job summary

Zoom is seeking an account-based marketing leader to own a scaled ABM motion end to end, bridging Marketing, SDR and Sales across regions. You’ll build and optimize tiered account programs, scoring, and multi-channel campaigns with SDR and AE alignment.

The role sits in the Global Field and Strategic Events team within Growth and Demand Generation, targeting enterprise leaders and coordinating cross-functional programs across regions, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience using an intent or account scoring platform (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) in production.
• Experience with enrichment and data orchestration tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit) and integrating into a CRM.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and sequencing tools like Outreach; understanding data transfers between platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own tiered ABM motion: 1:1 for strategic accounts, 1:few for clusters, 1:many for programmatic scale.
• Build and maintain account scoring and intent framework to guide transitions.
• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (outbound, paid, content) with a unified account experience.
