Job summary

OpenAI in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Account Associate - EMEA to join the Go To Market team. You'll work closely with Account Directors on strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression to shape enterprise opportunities.

This launchpad role offers exposure to enterprise sales, product and customer strategy. You will build discovery, map stakeholders, and advance qualified opportunities for Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, with hybrid work and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional experience (2-3 in a full 360 closing role) in enterprise sales or equivalent
• Motivated to grow into world-class enterprise sellers
• Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context and product signals
• Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities and map stakeholders
• Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity and account insights
• Build and iterate AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification
