GitLab is seeking a senior leader to head the EMEA Deal Desk, aligning pricing strategy and policy with our global standards. You will partner with Sales and Finance to manage complex transactions and drive revenue growth across the EMEA region.

As part of Revenue Operations, you will shape regional processes, ensure compliance, and deliver executive-ready insights on deal quality and pricing trends. This role offers strategic impact in a fast-growing public company with diverse product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading Deal Desk teams in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Deal Desk team, including hiring, enablement, and operating rhythm.
• Own end-to-end service model for Deal Desk and Order Management across EMEA.
• Advise Sales leaders on deal quality, pricing discipline, and strategic approvals.
