• Experience leading high-performing technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong background in software delivery, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Customer Success and Technical Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers across Europe, ensuring growth and delivery across customer engagements.
• Develop team members through regular coaching and career conversations.
• Own delivery outcomes across the team’s portfolio, including implementations and migrations.
• Monitor project health and escalate or intervene to keep work on track.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and scope engagements.
• Track utilization and customer satisfaction to drive performance improvements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer situations while maintaining quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PS processes and delivery standards.
