Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
• Experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong relationship-building skills under pressure and on cross-functional teams.
• Data-savvy with ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
• Self-starter with high responsibility and growth mindset.
• Proven track record of achievement in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical foundation and curiosity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts in the identified market segment.
• Identify and flag risks to prevent customer churn and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
• Collect product and operational feedback and share with internal stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality, day-to-day customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to requests.
• Drive adoption of platform features to improve retention.
