Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to own the feedback loop between customers and product across 150+ countries, focusing on turning feedback into actionable signals for product teams.

You'll manage cross-functional coordination, automate operational loads with AI tools, and maintain regional awareness while acting with autonomy and clear decision rights. This role reports into the Global Payroll organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, customer success ops, or feedback-to-product workflows.
• You pull own analysis and are comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms.
• Self-directed decision-making with autonomy and clarity on scope.
• Deep product knowledge to answer feature questions and edge cases.
• Data fluency with the ability to pull and interpret data without waiting for others.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-feedback-to-product loop and synthesize signals for PMs.
• Navigate across teams with differing priorities and produce crisp answers.
• Handle operational work with judgment and automation, including AI tools.
• Own regional perspective across geographies and regulatory regimes.
• Maintain discipline with clear decision rights and escalate high-stakes items.
