Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead the Customer Solutions Architect function in the EMEA region. The role focuses on post‑onboarding technical ownership, expanding value, and driving revenue growth through iARR, NRR and GRR metrics.

You will manage senior CSAs across multiple regions, partnering with Sales and Solutions Engineering to mature the CSA program and align with regional GTM priorities. This is a full‑time remote role based out of Ireland, with occasional in-person travel to

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles (CSA, TAM, or equivalent).
• Strong commercial awareness tied to measurable outcomes (iARR, NRR, GRR).
• Technical familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and modern data stack tools.
• Experience managing senior technical ICs and coaching across functions.
• Stakeholder management across Sales, Solutions Eng, Product and Partners.
• Data-native management style with data/AI tooling usage.
• Cross-regional adaptability across EMEA sales cultures.
• Analytical mindset with metrics-driven decision making.
• Adaptability and growth orientation in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior and Lead CSAs across NEMEA, DACH, and France/Benelux.
• Own expansion and retention outcomes (iARR, NRR, GRR) across the book.
• Develop and mature the CSA function with formalised methodology.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to align CSA motion with GTM.
• Oversee portfolio planning including CSA/AE pairings and coverage.
• Provide coaching and career development plans for CSA staff.
• Cultivate AI-driven tooling and data views to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with partners to unlock cross-portfolio expansion.
