Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an experienced CS Strategy & Operations Manager to drive critical business insights and regional performance across EMEA. You will partner with CS GTM teams and regional leaders, shaping efficiency and cost improvements while communicating complex data to senior stakeholders.

This hybrid role reports to the Senior Manager, CS Strategy & Operations and requires strong storytelling with data, executive presence, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer facing or sales teams at a management consultancy/tech company
• Experience building reports, metrics and dashboards with Salesforce.com and BI tools and Advanced Excel
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to analyze data, optimize processes, or drive operational efficiencies
• Willingness and ability to travel, about 15%

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership regarding data and actionable insights to stakeholders across Customer Success Management
• Offer visibility and monitoring of key regional metrics and promote focus areas based on trends and differentiators
• Perform recurring and ad hoc analysis to identify trends, impacts & root causes across Customer Success
• Communicate performance and recommendations to drive decision making and prioritization
• Present insights on customer success metrics to stakeholders to drive performance in areas like upsell trends and program impacts
• Identify inefficiencies and support implementation of solutions, tracking progress across productivity, planning, processes, and tools
• Create indicators from multiple data sources to understand risk and plan mitigations
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and fulfill ad hoc data requests
• Act as liaison between global success operations and regional leadership to align initiatives
• Build executive presentations and coordinate year planning for the Customer Success team
