Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a CSA Manager to lead a team of Senior and Lead Customer Solutions Architects across EMEA, driving post-sales ownership and expansion for Enterprise customers in a remote Ireland-based role. You will align CSA work with regional GTM priorities and collaborate closely with Sales, SE leadership, and partners.

You will guide strategic initiatives, coach senior ICs, and foster a proactive, data-driven culture to protect revenue and grow the book across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles (CSA/Technical Account Management/D Delivery Solutions Architecture) or equivalent.
• Strong commercial awareness, tying post-sales engagement to measurable outcomes (iARR, NRR, GRR).
• Technical familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and modern data stack tooling (dbt).
• Experience managing senior, tenured technical ICs, coaching and cross-functional advocacy.
• Stakeholder management with senior leaders across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product and Partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior and Lead Customer Solutions Architects across NEMEA, DACH, and France/Benelux.
• Own expansion and retention outcomes, measured by ARR and revenue retention metrics.
• Mature the CSA function, formalising methodology and scaling across Enterprise segments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and regional GTM leads to align CSA with priorities.
• Oversee portfolio planning, pairing CSA with AE, assignment tiers, and regional coverage.
• Foster team development with coaching and career development plans.
• Develop an AI-enabled stack to support proactive, data-first account management.
• Work with partners to unlock cross-portfolio expansion and manage attrition risk.
