Job summary

Eliason Corporation seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee negotiation, drafting and administration of contracts across Europe. You will ensure legal compliance, minimize risks and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, managing performance, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience negotiating & managing complex contracts.
• Proven experience in negotiating & managing complex contracts.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure contracts comply with local, national and European regulations.
• Manage and track contract performance to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and access for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and compliance.
