Senneca Holdings is seeking a Contracts Manager - EMEA for our Dublin, IE facility. You will lead negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, a degree in engineering/construction, and fluency in English. You will coordinate with multiple internal departments and external partners to manage risk and drive timely contract execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience within industry.
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in an engineering, construction or related field.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex contracts.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong understanding of contract law, employment law, compliance and regulatory frameworks across Europe.
  • Able to locate, communicate, and document information effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management software; able to interpret technical drawings/BIM.

Contracts Manager - EMEA

We are searching for an experienced Contracts Manager - EMEA at our Dublin, IE facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with the company’s objectives and legal standards, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Manage and track contract performance, ensuring all obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national and European regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate potential contractual risks.
  • Work closely with internal departments including engineering, sales, finance, supply chain and project management, to ensure smooth contract execution and resolution of any issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Lead efforts to resolve any contractual issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and compliance to senior management.
  • Maintain clear and accurate contract documentation and ensure easy access for relevant stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to contract processes and policies to enhance efficiency and manage risk.
Required Qualifications

  • Able to learn Manufacturing/ERP system, and CAD Viewing programs.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
  • Full Clean drivers license.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
