Job summary

Senneca Holdings is seeking a Contracts Manager - EMEA for our Dublin, IE facility. You will lead negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, a degree in engineering/construction, and fluency in English. You will coordinate with multiple internal departments and external partners to manage risk and drive timely contract execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience within industry.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in an engineering, construction or related field.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex contracts.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of contract law, employment law, compliance and regulatory frameworks across Europe.
• Able to locate, communicate, and document information effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management software; able to interpret technical drawings/BIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure contracts align with company objectives and legal standards; identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage and track contract performance; ensure obligations are met timely.
• Ensure compliance with local, national and European regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, supply chain and project management teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Lead efforts to resolve contractual issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and compliance for senior management.
• Maintain accessible contract documentation for stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to contract processes and policies.
