Job summary

Chase Doors is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract management across Europe. You will lead negotiation, drafting and review of complex agreements with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with European laws and company policies.

The role requires strong communication, risk management and the ability to work with engineering, sales and project teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering, construction or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in contracts within the industry.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of contract law, compliance and regulatory frameworks in Europe.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, drafting and review of client, supplier and subcontractor contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with company objectives and legal standards.
• Manage contract performance and ensure timely obligations.
• Maintain records and document contract information.
• Develop relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Produce regular contract status reports for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and drive process improvements.
• Travel to project sites as necessary.
