Job summary

Workday’s Global Legal Services team is looking for a high-performing Contracts Manager to join our Dublin-based group. In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require critical thinking, innovation, and integrity.

We are looking for someone with outstanding negotiation skills, attention to detail, high energy, strong project management skills and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing contracts (drafting & negotiation) in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, redline and review contractual documents including MSA, DPE and other agreements.
• Draft and revise contract wording to address various situations as they arise
• Manage workflow, document generation and review processes from request to signatures and final distribution
• Assist with maintenance of contracts management system and enforcement of contract practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review cycles
• Review proposed modifications and obtain approvals for modifications as required
• Maintain processes between the legal department and other groups
• Provide support to in-house legal staff including research and correspondence
• Execute assigned projects as determined by needs of the business and department
