Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Manager, Commercial Sales - EMEA in Ireland to lead a frontline team of Account Executives across the region. You’ll coach, inspect pipeline, and drive disciplined execution while partnering with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to optimize the customer journey.

You’ll build a high-performance team culture, scale the sales motion, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring revenue growth and consistent wins across diverse EMEA markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record coaching reps to stronger pipeline quality and quota attainment.
• Experience managing forecast discipline and CRM hygiene.
• Strong understanding of selling into EMEA markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to performance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the commercial segment across EMEA.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and attainment of team revenue targets.
• Run a strong operating cadence across forecast calls, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and rep development.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive environment where sellers grow and exceed expectations.
• Improve scalability of the sales motion with cleaner data and clearer metrics.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve conversion and reduce friction.
• Lead with a customer-first mindset and value-based selling.
• Report on team performance, pipeline health, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
