Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales - EMEA in Ireland to lead and coach a frontline Account Executive team across the region. You will drive pipeline, improve deal execution, and partner with Growth, Marketing, and Product to optimize the buying experience.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, strong forecast discipline, CRM hygiene, and the ability to manage across multiple EMEA countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven track record coaching reps to stronger pipeline quality, better deal execution, and consistent quota attainment.
• Experience leading frontline commercial or mid-market sales teams.
• Strong understanding of selling into EMEA markets and how regional nuance shapes hiring, coaching, and execution.
• Experience managing forecast discipline, CRM hygiene, and sales operating rhythms in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a frontline team of Account Executives across the EMEA region to accelerate revenue.
• Coach, develop, and scale a high-performing sales organization while aligning with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and attainment of team revenue targets.
• Run disciplined operating rhythms: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and rep development.
• Report on team performance and forecast health to senior leadership.
