Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Manager, Commercial Sales - EMEA in Ireland, leading a frontline Account Executive team across the region. You will coach, drive pipeline, and ensure consistent revenue attainment while collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to optimize the customer journey.

You will run a strong operating cadence, foster inclusive high performance, and report progress to leadership. This role supports hybrid work across EMEA time zones.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales, leading frontline or mid‑market sellers.
• Proven coaching track record for pipeline quality and quota attainment.
• Experience managing forecast discipline, CRM hygiene, and sales rhythms.
• Strong understanding of selling into EMEA markets and regional nuances.
• Excellent communication, performance management, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach to diagnosing team performance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with go‑to‑market, operations, and product.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across EMEA.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue targets.
• Maintain forecast calls, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and rep development.
• Foster a high‑performance, inclusive environment where sellers grow.
• Improve scalability of the sales motion through better processes and data.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to optimize conversions.
