Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a hands-on sales leader to build and run a high-performing commercial sales organization across the UK and EMEA from London, with regular in-office days.

You will coach Account Executives, drive pipeline, ensure revenue attainment, and partner with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve conversion and customer value. A proven SaaS leadership track record and data‑driven decision making are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SaaS sales teams in a commercial or mid-market motion.
• Strong knowledge of selling into UK and broader EMEA markets, including regional nuances.
• Proven track record of coaching high‑performing sellers and improving team productivity, forecast quality, and revenue outcomes.
• Experience building or scaling repeatable new-business and outbound motions.
• Strong analytical and operational instincts with CRM data, sales metrics, and pipeline insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the commercial segment across the UK and EMEA.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and attainment of regional revenue targets.
• Build an operating cadence around forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and rep development.
• Hire, ramp, and retain talent while creating an ambitious, inclusive team culture.
• Improve sales process scalability through data, metrics, and repeatable best practices.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve conversion and customer value.
• Lead with a customer-first approach and promote thoughtful, value-based selling.
• Report on performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to senior leadership.
