Job summary

Omnissa International Unlimited Company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive inbound qualification and outbound prospecting across the EMEA market. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and initiate relationships to hand off to the sales team for further opportunities.

You will engage with prospects, qualify their needs, and build a pipeline through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.

Qualifications

• A persistent self-starter with a track record of success in lead generation or prospecting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Qualifying inbound leads and identifying new outbound prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Delivering weekly reports on lead-generation activities and conversion rates.
• Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
• Attend weekly Sales training/team meetings and share your knowledge.
