Omnissa is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to strengthen our Corporate Sales team in the EMEA region. You will generate and qualify leads, run outbound outreach, and coordinate with the sales team to move opportunities forward.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian (English also required) is essential, and additional languages are a plus. You will build a robust pipeline, schedule meetings, and contribute to quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Must be a persistent self-starter with a track record in lead generation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experienced in qualifying inbound leads and identifying new outbound prospects.
• Able to deliver weekly lead-generation reports.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth transitions.

Responsabilités

• Qualify inbound leads and identify new outbound prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Deliver weekly reports on lead-generation activities and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
• Attend weekly Sales training/team meetings and share knowledge.
