- 5+ years in alliances, channel or business development in enterprise software
- Proven track record of creating pipeline and closing complex deals
- Ability to influence and motivate external teams and senior executives
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

- Own Veeam's strategic technology alliances in Ireland & UK
- Turn alliance relationships into joint pipeline and revenue
- Deliver quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets
- Accelerate co-sell with enterprise sales and pre-sales teams
- Partner with marketing to localise initiatives for opportunity generation
- Leverage GSIs, SIs, distributors and resellers to broaden reach
- Travel 40–50% across Ireland & UK to drive execution
