Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven Account Executive for the Agentforce team targeting Poland and/or the broader EMEA Emerging Growth Markets. You will work at the intersection of AI technology and enterprise sales, partnering with the wider Salesforce team to drive Agentforce adoption for new and existing customers.

The role requires fluency in Polish (or other growth-market languages) and English, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in technical environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and/or commercial B2B sales in technical environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, agent platform configuration, automation flows, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform.
• Strong technical selling skills and ability to translate AI models into business value for non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales.
• Fluency in Polish or EMEA languages and English (essential).
• Experience working across EMEA Emerging Growth Markets is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Use sales expertise, emerging technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with prospective customers.
• Partner with Salesforce sales team to accelerate Agentforce growth across current and new accounts.
• Lead in-depth technical discovery to analyze complex business challenges and demonstrate Agentforce's capabilities at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities that fit the ideal Agentforce customer profile.
• Conduct discovery conversations that uncover the critical business needs of prospective customers.
• Craft and present POVs communicating tangible value to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Explain how the full Salesforce product stack can be tailored to transform customer engagement.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience—One Salesforce.
• Align proposed solutions to clients' long-term strategic objectives.
