Salesforce is seeking a driven and technically fluent Account Executive to join our Agentforce team. Fluency in Polish and English and 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales are essential as you drive AI-powered Agentforce adoption across EMEA markets.

You will partner with the wider Salesforce sales organization to position complex AI solutions, lead technical discovery, and translate AI value into business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales within technical environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and agent platforms.
• Fluency in Polish and English; comfortable with C-suite conversations.

Responsabilités

• Identify and position Agentforce opportunities with prospective customers.
• Partner with Salesforce sales teams to drive Agentforce adoption.
• Lead technical discovery and demonstrate capabilities at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities aligned with customer profiles.
• Present POVs that communicate AI value to stakeholders.
