Salesforce is seeking a driven Account Executive for Poland and the broader EMEA Emerging Growth Markets, focusing on Agentforce in enterprise sales. The role requires fluency in Polish and English, deep AI understanding, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in technical environments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and/or commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales environments.
• Fluency in Polish and English (essential); additional EMEA languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales.

• Identify and position Agentforce opportunities with prospective customers using sales expertise and AI modeling.
• Collaborate with Salesforce sales team to accelerate Agentforce growth across accounts.
• Lead technical discovery to analyze business challenges and demonstrate Agentforce capabilities at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities that fit the ideal Agentforce customer profile.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs of prospective customers.
• Craft POVs that communicate tangible value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Explain how Salesforce product stack can be tailored to transform customer engagement.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
