Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Director to lead Professional Services across EMEA, owning the regional services business and guiding a team responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering high-value customer engagements.

You will evolve our services model toward AI-enabled, outcome-driven engagements, starting with customer goals, defining measurable outcomes, and selecting the right blend of advisory, methods, automation, and AI to help customers realize value quickly.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SaaS or tech with 10+ years leading teams.
• Leadership of Professional Services or delivery org.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver large enterprise engagements.
• Experience owning a services P&L and revenue targets.
• Experience applying AI and automation to services.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services business strategy, performance, and growth.
• Manage Engagement Managers, consultants, and managers, setting expectations.
• Develop leadership culture through coaching and development.
• Plan for growth: hiring, skills, succession, capacity.
• Develop AI-enabled, outcome-driven services model.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable services with clear lifecycle governance.
• Own the regional P&L and forecast milestones.
• Collaborate across regions with PS leaders.
