Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Director to lead Professional Services across EMEA, owning strategy, performance, and growth. You will guide Engagement Managers and consultants, shaping AI-enabled, outcome-driven engagements that start from customer goals and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver high-value engagements and scalable services, while travel of 20–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SaaS or technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record running Professional Services, consulting, or technology delivery organizations.
• Experience selling and delivering large, enterprise-grade engagements.
• Experience owning a services P&L and managing revenue targets, margins, forecasting.
• Ability to influence across Sales, Finance, Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services business, owning strategy, performance, and growth.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers, consultants, and their teams to deliver outcomes.
• Develop scalable, AI-enabled service models combining advisory, delivery, and value realization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Finance to shape solutions and plans.
• Manage staffing, capacity planning, and risk management for programs across regions.
