Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 8 years in pre‑sales/sales engineering leadership, 3 years managing managers.
• Deep CX knowledge and enterprise SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Expansion: partner with regional leaders to land large enterprise accounts.
• Drive Technical Win & Adoption Rates: establish PoC and pilot standards with strong demos.
• Team Development & Leadership: recruit, develop and mentor SE leaders and managers.
• AI & CX Thought Leadership: evangelize Zendesk AI and CX capabilities at events and with execs.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: align field with Product and Engineering on roadmaps.
