Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support major data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial and commercial projects. The role, based in Germany, involves supervising electrical trades, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring installation quality on site.

Applicants should have 5+ years in site supervisory roles, strong knowledge of electrical installations, QA/QC, and EHS procedures. An EU passport is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Trades qualification or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in a site supervisory role within data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial projects.
• An EU Passport is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical trades and subcontractors on site.
• Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and productivity against programme targets.
• Develop and manage short-term lookaheads and coordinate activities with other trades.
• Ensure installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, ITPs, and quality standards.
• Drive a strong quality culture with a focus on snag-free delivery and timely closeout of defects.
• Lead site safety initiatives, enforce RAMS, permit systems, and safe working practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and quality inspections.

Electrical Site Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support the successful delivery of major projects across the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial and commercial sectors. This role is based in Germany with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a large data centre project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical trades and subcontractors on site
• Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project delivery
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and productivity against programme targets
• Develop and manage short-term lookaheads and coordinate activities with other trades

Requirements
