Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a Tier 1 M&E contractor delivering major data centre projects in Germany. You will oversee all on-site mechanical activities from mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high-quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise mechanical site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials and programmes, and drive QA/QC,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar site management role.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC, commissioning and Health & Safety procedures.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Mechanical Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a Tier 1 M&E Contractor delivering major data centre projects in Germany. About You

• Recognised Mechanical trade qualification (Pipefitter, Plumber, Sheet Metal Worker or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar site management role.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical installations, construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site programmes and project productivity.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC, commissioning and Health & Safety procedures.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are desirable but not essential.
