Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a Data Centre project in Sweden. You will report to the Electrical Project Manager and drive a team to meet project requirements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires an Electrical Engineering qualification or electrical trade background, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with M&E contractors in Ireland or the UK are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Supervisory role.
• Experience on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
• Must have worked for an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Must be driven and able to work off their own initiative.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.

Electrical Supervisor Electrical Supervisor required to join one of Irelands largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Sweden. The successful Electrical Supervisor will report into the Electrical Project Manager. Our client is in a period of continued growth in this region and have a large order book for the next 5-10 years. They offer both job security and excellent progression opportunities.

Duties

• Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
• Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
• Prepare relevant reports
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
• Reporting on progress
• Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout installation
• Carry out weekly toolbox talks
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub-contractors
• Regular reviews of working practices to help improve site safety

Requirements

• An Electrical Engineering qualification or an Electrical trade background.
• A minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory role.
• Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
