Job summary

Our client, a growing Tier 2 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor for a major data centre fit-out project in Germany. You will supervise day-to-day fit-out activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery on site.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in fit-out supervision or similar role.
Strong experience on large-scale data centre projects.
Proven background with a main contractor.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day fit-out activities across the data centre project.
Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades, and site teams.
Ensure works align with drawings, specifications, and programme.
Monitor workmanship and quality across all fit-out activities.
Coordinate with Site Manager, Project Manager, and project team.

A growing Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Supervisor for a major data centre fit‑out project in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high‑performing team delivering a large‑scale, high‑spec data centre project, with responsibility for coordinating fit‑out activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day fit‑out activities across the data centre project
Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades, and site teams
Ensure works are delivered in line with project drawings, specifications, and programme
Monitor workmanship and quality across all fit‑out activities
Coordinate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and wider project team
Carry out regular inspections, snagging, and quality checks
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are fully adhered to on site
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project management team
Assist with sequencing, planning, and coordination of upcoming works
Ensure materials, finishes, and installations meet project requirements
