Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a Data Centre Project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will oversee the project’s electrical scope, ensuring quality and timely delivery while fostering strong client relationships.

With a solid background in project management and experience in large-scale industrial projects, this role offers a salary of €120,000 to €130,000 DOE, accommodation, and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 Years’ experience in Project Management.
• Large scale Industrial project experience essential (Data Centre beneficial).

• Define and implement performance, delivery, and quality control criteria.
• Oversee resource planning, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead site safety and quality initiatives in adherence to safety standards.

Electrical Project Manager – 13188

Electrical Project Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor for a Data Centre Project in Frankfurt. The successful Electrical Project Manager will work in conjunction with the MEP Lead and will be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects electrical scope.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance, delivery, and quality control criteria to meet construction and client requirements.
• Oversee resource planning, including labour, materials, subcontractors, and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of construction milestones.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and potential future opportunities.
• Lead site safety and quality initiatives in adherence to all safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage site operations, including procurement, contract management, and preparation of project documentation (installed drawings, O&M manuals).

Requirements

• A Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Or relevant Trade qualifications.
• 5 Years’ experience in Project Management.
• Large scale Industrial project experience would be essential (Data Centre beneficial)
• A proven track record in customer relationship development.
• IT Skills – Microsoft Office, SAP, Eida, Procore, BIM 360
