Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland seeks an Electrical Supervisor to join a major Tier 1 Main Contractor on a Data Centre project in Frankfurt. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, driving a team, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Engineering qualification or trade background with at least 3 years in supervision, preferably in Data Centre projects. A salary between €80,000 to €85,000 is offered, along with generous allowances and opportunities for career progression.

Electrical Supervisor – 13617

Electrical Supervisor required to join one of Ireland’s largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Frankfurt. The successful Electrical Supervisor will report into the Electrical Project Manager.

Duties

• Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
• Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
• Prepare relevant reports
• Reporting on progress
• Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout installation
• Carry out weekly toolbox talks
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub-contractors
• Regular reviews of working practices to help improve site safety

Requirements

• An Electrical Engineering qualification or an Electrical trade background.
• A minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory role.
• Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
• Must have worked for an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Must be driven and be able to work off their own initiative.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
