Connexus Recruit is partnering with an established Irish business to appoint a commercially driven Head of eCommerce in Co. Kildare with hybrid working.

You will own and lead the eCommerce strategy, drive online revenue and play a key role in international growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eCommerce or online leadership, proven revenue scaling in a D2C setup, and strong skills in performance marketing, CRM, and conversion optimisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in eCommerce or online leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling online revenue in a D2C environment.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and Meta.
• Commercially focused, analytical and hands-on leadership.
• Experience in consumer products health/wellness advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an ambitious eCommerce growth strategy with full ownership of online revenue and profitability.
• Lead digital marketing to drive online traffic via paid media, SEO, CRM and email marketing.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and lifetime value.
• Optimize Shopify Plus platform, website performance and customer experience.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for international D2C expansion.
• Manage budgets, external agencies and digital partners to maximise ROI.
