Sigmar Recruitment is assisting a popular household goods and building supplies company in East Galway to hire a Web Sales and Inventory Executive. The role focuses on driving online revenue growth and delivering a smooth customer experience.

You will own the web sales strategy, manage end-to-end orders and fulfilment, and collaborate with Purchasing, Inventory and Store teams while engaging with senior leadership in a fast-paced owner/director environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce and web sales management.
• Strong commercial leadership with the ability to grow online revenue.
• Operational capability to run day-to-day e-commerce activities.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and influence decisions.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Analytics and data points.
• Proactive and process-oriented to ensure stock availability.
• Collaborative across inventory and customer service teams.
• Growth mindset to identify insights and trends to boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of web sales; develop strategies, pricing, and promotions.
• Own end-to-end orders, coordinate with warehouse and logistics.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve fulfilment issues.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Inventory & the Store on demand and stock.
• Present data-backed recommendations in a fast-moving owner/director environment.
