Job summary

Nitro Software is seeking a commercially focused Director of ECommerce based in Dublin to lead the ecommerce revenue function. You will own the revenue number, drive conversion and maximize revenue while ensuring a seamless customer experience from trial to renewal.

You will combine marketing, sales and product insights to deliver data-driven decisions, leveraging Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom and Tableau. This hybrid role offers collaboration across our global offices and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Experience leading ecommerce revenue in a SaaS or software company.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through digital channels and optimization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, IT, finance, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define the ecommerce revenue plan with VP input and data requirements.
• Collaborate with product, IT, finance, sales, operations, marketing.
• Own ecommerce tech stack and Stripe integration; align vendors for buying/adoption.
• Monitor and drive ecommerce numbers; partner with marketing to align revenue.
• Work with performance marketing, web and operations to optimize channels and tests.
• Maintain ecommerce roadmaps and ensure alignment across the organization.
