Job summary

Currys plc in Dublin is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to lead our online growth strategy for currys.ie. You will manage the end-to-end consumer journey, optimize site trading and work across marketing, tech and operations to drive incremental sales.

The role sits on the Ireland Senior Leadership Team, with hybrid working from our Dublin Campus. You will lead a small team and partner with vendors to maximise ROI while delivering a best-in-class online experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in online retail preferred.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Expert knowledge of ecommerce performance and online marketing.
• Budget management and delivering efficient spend.
• Experience with project delivery in ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Omni Channel strategy with retail operations.
• Define ecommerce sales strategy to make Currys.ie No.1 online retailer in Ireland.
• Manage a team of three direct reports (performance marketing, online fulfilment, online trading).
• Oversee end-to-end online customer journey and site merchandising.
• Provide actionable insights on trading performance across the business.
• Drive Ireland technical development initiatives with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Brand/Marketing to manage vendors and ecommerce budget.
• Work with Marketing & Commercial teams to ensure appropriate investment.
