A US eCommerce technology company opening offices in Dublin 13 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee customer projects and lead a small project management team. You will combine direct responsibility for key projects with oversight of the team’s workload and delivery performance.

This role suits someone with strong ecommerce experience who can bring structure, make sound commercial decisions and build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, including ecommerce projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from agreement through delivery and handover.
• Set realistic schedules, assign responsibilities and track commitments.
• Guide and develop Project Managers, providing coaching and support.
• Coordinate workloads and priorities across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.
• Inform leadership on progress, costs and key decisions.
• Manage changes to scope balancing customer needs with resources.
• Establish consistent practices to improve project planning and delivery.
• Ensure completed work meets customer expectations before handover.
