Job summary

Certa Ireland is seeking a Digital Communications Executive to join the Marketing team in Kilmacanogue (Hybrid). You will manage social media, email marketing and CRM communications, creating engaging content and campaigns to connect with customers and employees.

Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will work with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Operations, HR and IT, bringing new ideas and driving growth across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital communications or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple channels and calendars.
• Proven ability to grow social channels and engagement.
• CRM/marketing automation experience is a plus.
• Strong copywriting and content skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Certa Ireland's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Plan and publish a multi-channel marketing/content calendar.
• Create content and campaigns across digital channels to engage customers and employees.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Operations, HR and IT.
• Develop and optimize email campaigns and CRM-driven journeys.
