Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or eCommerce Product Owner.
• Experience managing budgets and prioritising competing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the eCommerce product roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize features by value and impact.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development with delivery teams.
• Drive improvements across the end-to-end customer journey (browse, search, checkout, post-purchase).
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third‑party vendors to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Support user adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing engagement with business users.
