Job summary

Stripe is hiring an Account Executive to win new business with pre-revenue and early-stage SaaS platform startups across the United Kingdom and Ireland. This is a new-logo role.

You will find the most promising founders, win their business for Stripe before they choose another provider, and get them live with the right integration from day one. You’ll work alongside our SaaS Platform Account Executives as the team’s dedicated hunter for the earliest stage of the market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a new-business sales role with progression
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding new-business targets
• Strong prospecting skills with pipeline building
• Experience running high-velocity sales cycles from discovery to close
• Ability to understand and explain technical products to technical and non-technical buyers
• Comfort with rejection and fast-moving environments
• Bias toward team success and knowledge sharing
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own pipeline across the UK and Ireland.
• Win new logos by running fast, consultative sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Position Stripe Connect and payments monetisation as the right solution from the start.
• Close and activate deals, coordinating with Solutions Architects, Product, Risk, and Ops.
• Source new business through the startup ecosystem, VC firms, accelerators, and communities.
• Share market intelligence with the team and hand off mature accounts for broader coverage.
• Bring market insights back to Product and GTM teams to sharpen Stripe's early-stage strategy.
