Job summary

A Tech Solutions Company in Dublin 18 is seeking an experienced and highly organised EA & Accounts Manager to work closely with the CEO, blending senior EA support with hands-on finance and operations responsibilities.

The role requires a proactive, trustworthy professional who can manage priorities, travel and confidential projects while overseeing key financial processes across the business.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a senior EA role supporting a CEO
  • Strong hands-on experience across finance and operations
  • Excellent knowledge of AP, AR, banking, cash management and reconciliations
  • Experience with payroll, VAT and month-end reporting
  • Strong Excel and accounting systems/ERP skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High emotional intelligence and absolute discretion
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level EA support to the CEO, including diary, travel, communications and gatekeeping
  • Manage confidential business and personal projects
  • Oversee daily banking, cash management and the Cashsheet
  • Manage the Accounts Payable function, including invoices, reconciliations and supplier payments
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and work closely with the AR team
  • Complete month‑end bank and GL reconciliations and support Management Accounts
  • Assist with cash-flow reporting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Coordinate monthly payroll and VAT returns
  • Liaise with accountants, auditors, suppliers and external partners
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes

A Tech Solutions Company in Dublin 18 is looking for an experienced and highly organised EA & Accounts Managerto work closely with the CEO, combining senior‑level Executive Assistant support with hands‑on responsibility for finance and operations.

The CEO travels extensively across different time zones, so this role requires someone who is proactive, highly trustworthy and comfortable working independently. You will be a key point of contact for the CEO, managing priorities, communications, travel and confidential projects, while also overseeing important financial processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level EA support to the CEO, including diary, travel, communications and gatekeeping.
  • Manage confidential business and personal projects.

What We're Looking For

What We Offer
