Wellington Hotel in Temple Bar is seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead a busy bar and dining operation within the hotel. The role is based in Temple Bar, Dublin, with in-person work and a focus on delivering exceptional service as part of a newly opening hotel.

You will oversee staff, stock, menu development, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have F&B management experience – minimum 3 years.
• Must have great customer service experience.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and be flexible.
• Must understand local trends and needs.

Wellington Hotel in Temple Bar is currently looking for experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our team.

You will be required to manage very busy Bar & Restaurant located in the heart of Temple Bar within the Hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Staff and Rosters
• Manage suppliers and stock
• Participate in menu creation and offers
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Provide and maintain high level of standards
• Manage financials, cash control, daily banking

Requirements:
