Job summary

Castleknock Hotel is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our busy Bar and Restaurant team in Dublin 15. The candidate will drive guest experience, uphold high standards, and mentor staff within the F&B department, while being flexible for weekends and late finishes.

Qualifications

• Previous busy Bar & Restaurant experience in Ireland.
• Ability to engage with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Knowledge of cash procedures, labour costs and budget.
• Ability to work with Chef's and F&B Management to deliver high standards.
• Mentor to the team and positively impact development.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Professional image in line with hotel standards.
• Committed to the future direction of the F&B team.
• Flexible with working hours, weekends, early starts and late finishes.
