Job summary

JMK Group in Dublin is seeking a Duty Manager to join their hotel team. You will support day-to-day operations with a primary focus on Front Office, breakfast service, and guest experience across the property.

The successful candidate will lead departments, uphold brand standards, ensure health & safety compliance, and deliver a welcoming, modern guest stay with a personalised touch. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for training and career progression within the group.

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Our hotel located in the heart of Dublin City Centre are hiring duty manager to join their growing team!

Position Summary

We are now recruiting an Duty Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a busy hotel environment, gain exposure to hotel operations, and develop a long-term career within hospitality.

What You’ll Do

The Duty Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational success of the hotel, with a primary focus on Front Office operations, breakfast service, and overall guest experience in addition to

• Acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide leadership across departments. Support General Manager/ Deputy General Manager in day-to-day operational decisions.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and quality guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld.
• Deliver a welcoming, modern, and personalised extended-stay experience for every guest.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel, or a similar hospitality role.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy hotel environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, and OTA systems.
• Interest in building a long-term career within hospitality profession.
