Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd. is assisting a well-established hotel near Letterkenny in recruiting a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and maintain service excellence.

• Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance management across front-of-house operations.
• Monitor service standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
• Conduct regular operational checks to ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support revenue generation initiatives, hotel promotions, and guest retention activities.
• Assist senior management with reporting, administration, and operational planning.
• Ensure the hotel maintains its reputation for high-quality hospitality and customer care.
