ServiceNow in Dublin is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Representative to identify and close new business opportunities within Small to Commercial segments. You will manage relationships with influential contacts, map ServiceNow solutions to business drivers, and collaborate with solution consultants and partners to progress deals.

The role requires a proven track record in telesales or new business sales, strong presentation and listening skills, and the ability to forecast accurately

Qualifications

• Experience in selling enterprise-class solutions via telephone and video conferencing.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
• Proven track record in telesales or new business sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Manage sales opportunities and relationships with influential contacts across Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial accounts.
• Develop understanding of business drivers and map ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
• Strategically prospect within key verticals to build pipeline.
• Follow Value Selling to win new business and secure renewals.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Service, and Partners to progress deals.
• Deliver forecasting, territory and account plans to management.
• Work toward KPIs including new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, and ACV bookings.
